We started out as an operator of VoIP on the Brazilian market. One of our major challenges was to find good providers of call termination. On basis of this experience, we created KOM-1; to have a provider of VoIP call termination for the Brazilian market, where quality and very competitive rates were obvious traits, and where great customer service, transparency and honesty would be the context in which we would operate. Our focus was set to be - and continues to be - small and medium sized VoIP operators, which is the type of companies we like to see grow and with whom we can grow together. That is how KOM-1 started in the beginning of 2009, and already today is one of the main providers of VoIP call termination to small and medium sized VoIP operators on the Brazilian market. Today we span across other geographical markets, although our focus continues to be the small and medium sized VoIP operators - we really like to see these grow and we enjoy very much doing business with them.
